Payments, Invoicing & 30-Day Account Terms

Caterpillar Red supports both fast online checkout and procurement-style (PO) purchasing. If you’re ordering for a business, we can accept PO references, and (for approved accounts) offer 30-day payment terms.

Ways to pay

We offer:

  • Pay at checkout
  • Payment by invoice
  • Bank transfer (including most currencies)

 

Payment by invoice

If you need to pay by invoice, we can set you up on an approved-account basis.

Once approved, we can issue invoices that are clear and audit-friendly (line items, quantities, pricing, and delivery details), and we can include your PO number / internal reference where required.

30-day payment terms

Approved accounts can pay on 30-day terms. In practice this means:

  • the invoice is issued for your order, and
  • payment is due within 30 days according to the agreed terms.

If you’re not yet approved, you can still order normally at checkout, and request invoice terms for future purchasing.

Multi-currency purchasing

We support purchasing in multiple currencies to make international procurement simpler. On-site, customers can select currencies including GBP, USD, and EUR, and for invoiced orders we can accept bank transfer in most currencies.

Bank transfer for invoice payment

If paying by bank transfer, we’ll provide the invoice with the required payment details and reference guidance so your remittance matches cleanly in our accounts.

If you need a formal quote before raising a PO send us the product link/SKU and quantities and we will take care of the rest.
