What sensitivity should I specify for a tube vial?

Give the angular movement per 2 mm of bubble travel required by your equipment specification. Send any sensitivity marking from the existing vial or drawing with your order request. This defines the required response alongside the length, diameter and material to be quoted.

Which materials and colours can I order?

Borosilicate glass and aluminium tube vials can be ordered in clear or green. Stainless steel versions can be ordered in green. State the material and colour together with the overall length, diameter and quantity.

For a replacement vial, a drawing can show the profile, end shape and how it fits its holder. Mark any length or diameter limits imposed by the fitting, plus required dimensional tolerances for custom orders.
