What makes PA66 useful for threaded studding?

PA66 is a tough, wear-resistant engineering plastic, making it a practical choice where nuts may be fitted and removed repeatedly. It also differs from reinforced PA66 by retaining more flexibility; however, nylon can absorb moisture, so material behaviour should be considered alongside thread size and rod length.
