Nylon / Polyamide 66

Nylon PA66 socket head bolts are strong, lightweight fasteners with an internal hexagonal drive for a hex key. Black and natural options cover M3, M4, M5 and M6, with lengths from 20 to 40 mm across the range. Every pack contains 50 bolts. These are useful fastening options for electrical enclosures, electronics and workshop repairs.

What are the benefits of nylon socket head bolts?

PA66 provides excellent electrical insulation alongside high pull strength, wear resistance and impact resistance. It is inherently flexible and combines useful strength with low weight. Nylon also resists organic solvents, fuels and oils, with moderate resistance to weak acids. The bolts will not rust, but the material absorbs moisture and prolonged wet exposure reduces its strength.
