What dimensions do I need for a stainless steel flanged level?
Send the overall size, flange outline, mounting-hole spacing and hole diameters. Add the level height and the space around its mounting position where your equipment sets those limits. For a replacement, a dimensioned drawing of the existing level can show how the flange and screw positions must match the equipment. The requested stainless steel dimensions are confirmed in the quotation.
What else should I specify with the material?
Give the required sensitivity, colour and quantity. Sensitivity describes angular movement per 2 mm of bubble travel; state the value called for by your equipment specification. The colour and sensitivity combination can then be addressed with the dimensions in your custom order request. Mark any required dimensional tolerances on your drawing.
