M12 x 500mm is a half-metre fully threaded format with a 1.75mm pitch and four material choices: natural PA66, reinforced PA66, white polypropylene and white PTFE.

Which M12 material best matches the assembly?

Use PA66 where toughness and wear behaviour matter, reinforced PA66 where added stiffness and dimensional stability are useful, polypropylene where low weight and low moisture absorption are priorities, or PTFE where low friction and electrical insulation are important. The 500mm length also gives useful stock for custom cut sections.
