What is a round spirit level used for?

It provides a visible bubble reference during set-up and adjustment of a machine or tool. The fitted level needs to reference the surface being levelled. Its circular body and viewing face are part of the physical arrangement within the equipment.

Which fitting dimensions matter?

The overall body size, profile and supporting position determine the physical fit. The bubble display needs to remain visible once fitted. Sensitivity describes the bubble response to tilt, so a size such as 15 mm or 66 mm does not by itself establish the sensitivity or measurement accuracy.
