Nylon PA 66 / 50% Glass Fibre Reinforced

Glass-filled nylon PA66-GF countersunk cross-head bolts provide a stiff plastic fixing with a flush-fitting head. All are natural-coloured and supplied in packs of 50. Thread sizes are M2, M3, M4, M5 and M6, with listed lengths spanning 16 mm to 40 mm across the range.

Why choose glass-filled nylon countersunk bolts?

PA66-GF provides greater pull strength and resistance to bending than plain PA66. It also offers wear resistance, reduced moisture absorption and improved heat resistance. These properties are useful where the plastic fixing needs to hold its shape under load. The countersunk head sits flush in a matching countersink and uses a cross-head drive. Glass-filled nylon is more brittle than plain PA66.

Does glass-filled nylon resist oils and solvents?

Yes. PA66-GF offers excellent resistance to oils, fuels and most solvents.
