Hex Head

Show 30 60 120

A hexagon head gives a spanner or socket a grip on the outside of the bolt. These plastic hex head bolts suit workshop fastening and electrical enclosures, with materials chosen for strength, transparency, stiffness or the conditions around the joint.

Which material should I choose for a plastic hex head bolt?

Nylon PA66 offers strength and electrical insulation. Glass filled nylon adds stiffness and resistance to bending. Clear acrylic/polycarbonate provides a transparent fixing, and PVC offers water resistance and resistance to outdoor weathering. PEEK has thermal stability up to 250 °C and withstands hot water and steam.

What sizes and pack quantities are available?

Examples include M24 nylon bolts and clear M6 and M8 acrylic/polycarbonate bolts in packs of 30. Natural PEEK hex head bolts include M10 and M12 in packs of five. White POM versions include M12 and M16, with packs of five or ten depending on the product. The material choices also include polypropylene, PPS and PTFE.

Volume discounts and quotes on request are available for larger quantities.
