Returns policy (the short version)
Under UK consumer law, you have a minimum of 2 years to raise any issue with a product you've bought from us. We don't just meet that standard — we go well beyond it. There's no fixed cutoff date on returns at Caterpillar Red. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll sort it, no matter when. No small print, no quibbles.
How to start a return
To return an item, contact us with:
- your order number, and
- details about the product you’d like to return.
We’ll respond quickly with the instructions for returning items from your order.
If you created an account, there is also an automated return process available.
Postage, collection, and what we can do
If it’s most convenient, we can reimburse postage and arrange collection.
Just contact us and we’ll make sure the return service is what you expect.
Refund timing
Once your return is in motion, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.

If your situation is less “changed my mind” and more “something isn’t right”, our warranty approach is equally straightforward — no hassle, no hidden conditions. To make a claim, contact us with details of the issue and we’ll come back with next steps.
