Plastic socket head bolts provide an internal hex socket drive for panel fastening, electrical enclosures, workshop work and repairs. The range spans M3 to M10, with lengths across the selection from 20 mm to 65 mm. Materials include nylon PA66, glass filled nylon PA66-GF, PEEK, PVDF and clear acrylic / polycarbonate.

Which plastic should I choose for socket head bolts?

PEEK offers high thermal stability up to 250 °C. Glass filled nylon provides extra strength and resistance to bending, while plain PA66 offers strength and excellent electrical insulation. Clear acrylic / polycarbonate is electrically insulating and highly transparent. PVDF provides UV and weather resistance.

Which thread sizes and pack quantities are available?

M10 is available in natural PA66-GF, which spans M3 to M10 and has packs of 10, 20 or 50. Natural PEEK spans M4 to M8 in packs of five. Natural PVDF spans M3 to M6 in packs of ten. Clear acrylic / polycarbonate and black or natural PA66 span M3 to M6, all in packs of 50.
