Polypropylene fasteners include pan cross-head, hex head and countersunk cross-head bolts, slotted grub screws and threaded rods. Thread sizes span M3 to M20 overall, with lengths from 6 to 1000 mm across these different forms. Colours represented across the range are black, blue, grey, red, white and yellow. Packs vary by product.

Why choose polypropylene fasteners?

PP offers excellent moisture resistance, does not absorb water and provides electrical insulation. It is lightweight, inherently flexible and has a high strength-to-weight ratio. It also resists acids, alkalis, oils and solvents. Impact resistance is moderate. These properties support electrical enclosure and electronics fastening, while freedom from rust is useful in damp conditions.

Which polypropylene fastener form suits the job?

Countersunk bolts sit flush in a matching countersunk hole. Pan and hex head bolts provide raised-head fastenings, while slotted grub screws are headless and non-marring. Fully threaded rods can be cut to length for spacing, hanging, jigs and fixtures. Pack quantities across the range are 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50 or 160, depending on the product.
