Quite simply, you can return any item(s). There is no small print to worry about. We will process your refund asap. No long waiting period for a refund.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Alternatively, if you have created an account, there is an automated return process.
We will reimburse postage and arrange collection, if this is most convenient for you.

Shipping - Domestic & international
Domestic:
All UK items, with free postage, are sent via Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class, dependent on the order value. An option is available for Special and Next Day Delivery (competitive flat rate fee).
Bulky items may be shipped via DHL or UPS.
International:
We can, and do, ship to virtually any address in the world. We offer a competitive flat rate fee.
