Slotted knurled thumbscrews provide hand-tightened fastening for panels, covers and access doors. The knurled head gives finger grip, and the slot also accepts a flat-blade screwdriver. This range includes clear acrylic / polycarbonate and black or natural nylon PA66. Both materials cover M3 to M8, with lengths from 10 to 60 mm across the full range.

Should I choose clear or nylon thumbscrews?

Clear acrylic / polycarbonate gives high transparency and a rigid fastening where appearance matters. Nylon PA66 provides high wear and impact resistance, strength and inherent flexibility. Both materials are lightweight, electrically insulating, non-magnetic and will not rust. Nylon absorbs moisture, and prolonged wet exposure reduces its strength.

What pack quantities are available?

Clear thumbscrews come in packs of 20, 50 or 60, depending on the product. Black and natural nylon thumbscrews are supplied in packs of 50. The hand-tightening form is useful where panels and covers need to be opened and refitted.
