- Made from tough, lightweight nylon, these fasteners offer excellent electrical insulating and non-corrosive properties.
- Straightforward manual adjustment, fastening or removal without tools. Operate the thumbscrews with thumb and forefinger, or use the slotted recess with a screwdriver. Also known as knurled screws, finger screws.

Natural nylon / PA66 slotted knurled thumbscrews are supplied with matching nuts and washers. Easy installation and removal allow for straightforward adjustments, making these thumbscrews a useful choice for applications requiring frequent changes. The knurled head provides extra grip for hand-tightening, while the slotted recess allows screwdriver adjustment. The screws are fully threaded and metric. Nylon is strong, durable and lightweight, with high tensile strength and good wear and impact resistance. It resists most organic solvents, fuels, oils, weak acids and bases, but strong acids and oxidising agents can cause degradation. Prolonged moisture exposure can affect its strength and dimensions.
