    • The 500 mm fully threaded length can be used whole or divided into shorter custom sections.
    • Use for light-duty spacers, enclosure points, jig work and non-metallic threaded sections; avoid over-tightening. Also known as studding, allthread, threaded bar.

    Product Summary

    These M6 x 500 mm white PTFE threaded rods are supplied as two fully threaded plastic studding bars. The M6 size gives a practical mid-range thread for light spacer runs, alignment work, enclosure fixing points and custom non-metallic threaded sections. PTFE offers low surface friction, electrical insulation and broad chemical compatibility in suitable environments, but can deform under sustained loads. The 500 mm length can be used as supplied or cut carefully into shorter sections. Use with compatible M6 nuts, avoid excessive torque and check load, temperature, chemical exposure and thread engagement before fitting. Supplied with 4 nuts.
