    These M5 x 500 mm white PTFE threaded rods are supplied as two fully threaded plastic bars for light-duty spacing, alignment and custom plastic-studding work. The M5 thread is suitable for mid-size assemblies and careful cut-to-length use. PTFE offers low friction, electrical insulation and broad chemical compatibility in suitable environments. PTFE can deform under sustained loads, so the design should allow for this behaviour. Use with compatible M5 nuts and check load, temperature and chemical exposure before fitting. Supplied with 4 nuts.
