- Compact M5 format gives a manageable plastic thread for short stand-offs and small alignment points.
- PTFE provides low surface friction and electrical insulation in a non-metallic threaded form.
- The 300 mm length reduces waste where only a short threaded section is needed.
- Use for light-duty compact spacing and custom fixing points; avoid excessive torque on the plastic thread. Also known as studding, allthread, threaded bar.
Product Summary
These M5 x 300 mm white PTFE threaded rods are supplied as a pair of fully threaded plastic bars. The 300 mm M5 format works well where a small threaded section is useful but a longer rod is not required. Use them for short stand-offs, light spacing, enclosure work, alignment points and custom non-metallic threaded sections. PTFE gives low friction, electrical insulation and broad chemical compatibility, but it can deform under sustained loads and should not be over-tightened. Cut carefully if a shorter section is needed and confirm material suitability for the final environment. Supplied with 4 nuts.
