- The 300 mm length suits short stand-offs, small spacers and enclosure fixing where a longer rod is unnecessary.
- PTFE is non-conductive and useful where the fixing should not create a metal path through the assembly.
- Fully threaded form allows nuts or compatible threaded parts to be positioned along the rod.
- Best for light-duty compact assemblies; check material suitability, temperature and thread engagement before use. Also known as studding, allthread, threaded bar.
Product Summary
These M4 x 300 mm white PTFE threaded rods are fully threaded plastic bars supplied as a pair. The 300 mm length is useful where only a short non-metallic threaded section is needed, such as small stand-offs, short spacers, enclosure work or light alignment tasks. PTFE brings low friction, electrical insulation and broad chemical compatibility, but can deform under sustained loads. The rods can be trimmed if a shorter length is required. Use with compatible M4 nuts and avoid excessive tightening on the plastic thread. Supplied with 4 nuts.
