    • M14 x 500 mm PTFE gives a larger plastic thread with enough length for stand-offs and cut sections.
    • Non-conductive PTFE helps keep the threaded fixing separate from metal-to-metal contact paths.
    • Use the 500 mm length whole, or cut it carefully into shorter fully threaded sections as needed.
    • Suitable for light spacer runs, panel separation and custom positioning where a plastic thread is appropriate. Also known as studding, allthread, threaded bar.

    Product Summary

    These M14 x 500 mm white PTFE threaded rods are supplied as two longer, fully threaded plastic bars. The larger M14 thread and 500 mm length make them useful for cut-to-length stand-offs, wider spacing runs, panel separation and alignment tasks where a non-metallic threaded section is needed. PTFE provides low surface friction, electrical insulation and broad chemical compatibility when the environment is suitable. PTFE can deform under sustained loads, so the design should allow for this behaviour. Use compatible M14 nuts, cut carefully if shortening and check tightening force, temperature and chemical exposure before use. Supplied with 4 nuts.
