    • Short M12 PTFE sections give a larger plastic thread for compact stand-offs, spacers and alignment posts.
    • Low-friction, non-conductive PTFE is useful where the fixing should remain a plastic interface.
    • The 200 mm fully threaded length is easy to position and can be cut carefully for shorter sections.
    • Use for light-duty spacing, enclosure points and custom non-metallic threaded sections; avoid over-tightening. Also known as studding, allthread, threaded bar.

    Product Summary

    These M12 x 200 mm white PTFE threaded rods are supplied as two short, fully threaded plastic bars. The larger M12 thread gives a manageable non-metallic section for compact spacer blocks, enclosure fixing points, alignment posts and custom stand-offs where a plastic rod is preferred. PTFE offers low surface friction, electrical insulation and broad chemical compatibility in suitable environments. PTFE is relatively soft, so the thread should be tightened carefully and matched to the application. Use with compatible M12 nuts, check thread engagement and avoid using the rods where high clamp force is needed. Supplied with 4 nuts.
