- PA66 offers good wear resistance and low weight. Moisture uptake can affect dimensions and mechanical properties.
- The full 1000 mm bar can be cut into multiple shorter threaded pieces for custom assemblies.
- Use where a large non-metallic threaded section is useful; verify loads and avoid critical use without testing. Also known as studding, allthread, threaded bar.
Product Summary
These M16 x 1000 mm natural PA66 nylon threaded rods are supplied as 2 fully threaded plastic bars. M16 gives a broad plastic thread for custom spacer bars, separation pieces and larger non-metallic assemblies where weight and material isolation matter. PA66 is a tough, lightweight engineering plastic with good wear resistance. It can absorb moisture, which may affect dimensions and strength. Cut to length as needed, use compatible M16 nuts and check loading, deflection and environment before fitting. Supplied with 4 nuts.
