- PA66 is a practical engineering nylon for larger non-metallic spacers, stand-offs and adjustable rods.
- Good wear resistance helps the thread tolerate repeated nut fitting in suitable light-duty assemblies.
- M12 thread gives a larger plastic contact area than smaller sizes, while still remaining lightweight.
- Cut to size for panel separation, alignment bars and custom plastic studding where service loads are checked. Also known as studding, allthread, threaded bar.
Product Summary
These M12 x 1000 mm natural PA66 nylon threaded rods are supplied as 2 long plastic studding bars for larger spacers, panel separation, alignment work and custom-length threaded sections. PA66 is a tough, lightweight engineering plastic with good wear resistance. The larger M12 thread gives more contact area with matching nuts, while the 1000 mm length gives room to cut matching sections from the same rod. Check moisture exposure, thread fit and tightening load before final assembly. Supplied with 4 nuts.
