Cross Countersunk Head

Cross Countersunk Head

Show 30 60

Plastic countersunk cross-head bolts provide a flush-fitting head when installed in a matching countersink. Materials are clear acrylic/polycarbonate, plain nylon PA66, glass-filled nylon PA66-GF and polypropylene. The cross-head drive provides screw-driven fastening for enclosures, electronics and workshop repairs.

Which material suits a countersunk plastic fixing?

Clear acrylic/polycarbonate provides transparency. Plain PA66 combines strength with electrical insulation, while glass-filled nylon adds stiffness and wear resistance but is more brittle. Polypropylene provides electrical insulation and does not absorb water. Material therefore matters where a flush fitting also needs strength, clarity or moisture resistance.

What sizes, colours and packs are available?

Clear acrylic/polycarbonate spans M2, M3, M4, M5, M6 and M8, with packs of twenty, twenty-five, fifty, sixty or one hundred. Plain PA66 is black or natural, and PA66-GF is natural; both cover M2, M3, M4, M5 and M6 in packs of fifty. Polypropylene is black, grey or white, with M3, M4, M5, M6 and M8 threads in packs of twenty. Colour, length and pack combinations depend on the individual bolt.
