- Clear, lightweight plastic provides a transparent appearance, with non-corrosive and electrically insulating properties.
- Polycarbonate has moderate chemical resistance to mild acids, alcohols, and oils.
- Polycarbonate has low moisture absorption, excellent electrical insulation properties, and is flame-retardant and self-extinguishing (UL94 V-2). Acrylic is not self-extinguishing.
- Socket head bolts are tightened and loosened with a hex key. Also known as socket cap screws, hex socket screws.
