- Made from 30% glass-fibre-reinforced nylon (PA66+GF), providing greater stiffness and dimensional stability than unfilled PA66.
- Best used where a large plastic threaded spacer is required, not as a direct replacement for a tested metal threaded rod.
- Fully threaded along the full 1000 mm length; cut to your required size and pair with compatible M16 nuts or threaded parts.
- Useful for large spacers, separation bars, alignment points and visible non-metallic fixings; confirm thread engagement, tightening force and material suitability before use. Also known as studding, allthread, threaded bar.
Product Summary
These natural M16 x 1000 mm threaded rods are supplied as a pack of two and are made from 30% glass-fibre-reinforced nylon (PA66+GF). The glass-fibre reinforced nylon grade is a stiffer alternative to unfilled PA66, with better dimensional stability while remaining a non-metallic, cut-to-length rod. Use them for large spacers, separation bars, alignment points and visible non-metallic fixings. Saw to length with suitable tools, deburr the cut ends, and check the finished assembly where plastic threads will be stressed or tightened repeatedly. Supplied with 4 nuts.
