- Made from 30% glass-fibre-reinforced nylon (PA66+GF), providing greater stiffness and dimensional stability than unfilled PA66.
- Non-metallic nylon body with useful wear resistance for light-duty plastic-threaded assemblies.
- Fully threaded from end to end, so compatible M6 nuts can be positioned along the available 300 mm length.
- Use for short reinforced spacing, small stand-offs and compact alignment points; cut carefully and check thread engagement before final use. Also known as studding, allthread, threaded bar.
Product Summary
These natural M6 x 300 mm threaded rods are supplied as a pack of two and are made from 30% glass-fibre-reinforced nylon (PA66+GF). Each rod has a 6 mm nominal diameter, 300 mm length and 1 mm pitch. The glass reinforcement gives a stiffer and more dimensionally stable plastic threaded bar than unfilled PA66, while still keeping the part non-metallic and easy to cut with suitable tools. This size is useful for short reinforced spacing, small stand-offs and compact alignment points, especially where a metal rod is unnecessary or undesirable. PA66+GF is harder and less flexible than plain nylon, so allow for careful cutting, clean thread engagement and suitability checks before final fitting. Use with compatible M6 nuts for light-duty spacing, alignment, mounting and general plastic-threaded assembly work. Supplied with 4 nuts.
