Product Summary
Acrylic and polycarbonate are similar thermoplastics often used interchangeably. Acrylic offers good strength and UV resistance, while polycarbonate offers higher impact and heat resistance. Butterfly nuts are also known as wing nuts. The clear material is lightweight and has greater impact resistance than glass. Flat, wide wings provide a secure grip for tool-free hand tightening. These nuts can be used in caravans, motorhomes, boats and for sign mounting and fixing.
